Please note that we encourage you to take the opportunity to review a sample of the actual product before you order a bulk quantity. These samples are representative in nature and in certain instances there may be slight variations in the product you receive. These variations are always minor and can vary in exact product color, die-lots for apparel but in our experience this is rarely a problem.
All imprints are guaranteed to match the specifications detailed on our proof sheet and order confirmation sheets which you are required to approve.
While we guarantee to ship your merchandise on or before a specific date, you should be aware that we cannot be held responsible for delays on the part of the carrier who is delivering your merchandise even if you are reimbursing us for shipping costs. All merchandise is shipped FOB which means that you own the merchandise.

Shipping Information
Orders are shipped FOB from their point of manufacture. Most of the time we will ship UPS. For items that are too large or too heavy, we will send them via trucking line and you will be notified.
We are able to deliver to most locations in the United States. We can also deliver to PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
If you would like to have us ship your order and bill it to your account, we ask you to provide us with the carrier name and the account number on the quote page.
In all cases where you have not specified a third party billing account, we will add the freight and handling charges to the invoice. All shipments require a signature to receive, and UPS shipments are sent insured.
All shipments outside the continental US will by default be shipped UPS Second Day PM , unless you specify a faster level of service by selecting Overnight . If you should require a different method of shipment, please contact us.

Credit Terms
Say What Screen Print and Embroidery, Inc. will extend credit to approved customers. We will notify you when your account is approved, generally within one (1) business day from when you submitted your order. In the event that you do not meet our minimum credit requirements, there are other options available to you. Your Sales or Customer Service Representative will contact you to discuss those options.
Standard payment terms are net 30 days. All payments are due 30 days from the date of invoice. You will be invoiced when the last item on your order is shipped.
If you have an existing account, there are conditions under which your account may be placed on credit hold:

Credit Terms and Conditions:
Applicant authorizes Say What Screen Print and Embroidery, Inc. to investigate its credit history and understands that Say What Screen Print and Embroidery, Inc. may also utilize other sources of credit that it considers necessary. Such information will be held in strictest confidence. Applicant agrees to indemnify and hold Say What Screen Print and Embroidery, Inc. or any other person harmless from all liability, damage or expense arising from or relating to any and all credit investigation. Applicant allows that the findings of this investigation may not necessarily result in an approved line of credit, and may result in deposit, prepayment, or further security demand, or even termination, regardless of activity status.
Buyer agrees to pay Seller the sales tax or other taxes imposed on the sale of goods or provide Seller with acceptable tax exemption certificate. Additional freight charges billed us due to audits per ICC regulations will be billed to you promptly.
In all cases where we have a check returned for Non Sufficient Funds we will assess a $50.00 fee.
A 1.5% finance charge or the maximum permitted by law may be assessed against all accounts with past due balances. The Buyer agrees to pay all the company’s reasonable attorney’s fees and all collection agency fees incurred in the collection of any amount owed thereunder and not paid when due.
Seller is not to be accountable for delays in delivery occasioned by acts of God or other circumstances over which Seller has no direct control. Factory shipment or delivery dates are the best estimates of our suppliers, and in no case shall Seller be liable for any consequential or special damages arising from any delay in delivery.
Seller warrants that all goods sold are free of any security interest and will make available to Buyer all transferable warranties made to Seller by the manufacturer of the goods. Seller makes no other express or implied warranties, and specifically makes no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose.
In those instances where the Buyer is specifying a specific carrier and the freight is not being added to the invoice, all goods become your property at the time it is accepted by the carrier.
The failure of Seller to insist upon the performance of any of the terms or conditions of this contract or to exercise any right thereunder shall not be deemed to be a waiver of such terms, conditions or rights in the future, nor shall it be deemed to be a waiver of any other term, condition, or right under this contract.
No terms and conditions other than those stated herein, and no agreement or understanding, in any way purporting to modify these terms and conditions, shall be binding on Seller without the Seller’s written consent.
The invoice is a conditional acceptance by the Seller of the Buyer’s offer to purchase Seller’s goods. It may contain terms, which differ from or add to those contained in the Buyer’s purchase order, and to the extent that this is the case, the seller hereby expressly conditions its acceptance of the Buyer’s offer on the Buyer’s assent to the additional or different terms. The Buyer’s receipt and retention of the goods covered by this invoice shall constitute acceptance of any such additional or different terms. The Buyer and Seller agree that any contract hereby entered into has been made and is to be construed to our State Law.

Minimum Quantities and Less than Minimum orders
Minimum quantity requirements vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. In cases where a manufacturer’s minimum order requirement exceeds your requested quantity, a Say What Screen Print and Embroidery, Inc. Specialist will assist you. Short production runs can be arranged (at a higher cost per unit) and our team is happy to provide a special quote or other recommendations to get you the right product. Order Cancelation Terms
At Say What Screen Print and Embroidery, Inc. customer satisfaction is paramount to our success. If the need should arise to either change or cancel your order we will do our best to accommodate your request. If you order has not gone into production yet there will be no additional cancellation or change fee occurred.
If your art has gone through the art approval stage and changes are requested there may be cancellation and or art change fee charged to reconfigure your art. If these changes are necessary they will be directly billed to you.
If you order has gone into production, unfortunately we can not change it. You will incure the original dollar amount quoted for your order.
Over/Under Runs
In certain instances you may receive an overage or a shortage on your order.
Due to manufacturing quality and production standards there will be over runs and occasionally under runs. Say What Screen Print and Embroidery, Inc. will do everything possible to reduce this occurrence. The industry standard on most products is ± 5%. For instance, if you order 1,000 mugs you could potentially receive between 950 and 1,050 mugs. Exceptions to the above are paper and plastic bags, which may vary ± 25%.
